How do I delete my account?+
Go to Profile → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes your profile, matches, and messages. This action cannot be undone.
I'm not receiving push notifications. What should I do?+
Make sure notifications are enabled in your iPhone's Settings → FlexMatches → Notifications. If they're on, try logging out and back in to refresh your push token.
How do I report or block another user?+
Open the user's profile and tap the three-dot menu in the top right. Select 'Report' or 'Block'. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
Can I change my city or gym?+
Yes. Go to Profile → Edit Profile → update your city or gym name. Changes are reflected immediately in discover results.
Why am I not showing up in discover for others?+
Make sure your profile is complete (photo, sports, fitness level, city). Incomplete profiles are ranked lower in discover. Also check that you haven't been hidden by your privacy settings.
The app is crashing. What should I do?+
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app. Your account data is stored securely and will be restored on login. Email us if the problem continues.
Is FlexMatches available on Android?+
Currently iOS only. Android is on our roadmap. Join the beta on iPhone and stay tuned.
How do I reset my password?+
On the login screen tap 'Forgot password?' and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
